The estimated delivery time frames are:
- For customers in metro VIC, NSW and QLD approximately 4 - 6 working days;
- For customers in regional VIC and NSW; SA or ACT, approximately 5 - 9 working days;
- For customers in regional QLD; NT, WA and TAS, approximately 8 - 11 working days.

We deliver Australia-wide with the exception of those postcodes listed on our shipping exclusion page.
Free shipping generally applies to metro areas (Australian Capital cities and their immediate surrounds). If you live outside of a metro area please contact us by phone on 0407 691 149 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org to get a quote on delivery.
Please note that, due to the size and weight of many of our products, you will need to arrange for someone to be available at the delivery address as products generally cannot be left unattended or left over the fence. If no-one is available to accept delivery of an item, it may need to be re-delivered. In this case an additional charge may apply.
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card or Paypal payment for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically contact our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and contact you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at email@example.com
Damages & Returns:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds:
If you cancel your order after it has been shipped you (the buyer) will be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
